This position provides work direction for Quality Control Technicians, team leaders and employees, and establishes, monitors and continuously improves the quality control system. This position interacts regularly with engineering, manufacturing and service functions to establish quality standard for raw material, work in process and finished products. The perfect applicant is an organized, analytical, problem-solver with the expertise to prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure that daily operations are running effectively and efficiently. This perfect applicant would also be required to work with our teams at the poiint of operation as needed, as this is a "hands on" manager role.
