Student Life and Career Development CoordinatorInstitution: HENNEPIN TECHNICAL COLLEGE 9000 Brooklyn Blvd Brooklyn Park, MN 55445 Classification: MnSCU Academic Professional 2 - Student Services Option (Unclassified MAPE) Responsibilities: This position will develop, implement, evaluate, and maintain enhanced student life and career development programming and services, co-coordinate career development programming to include career fairs and career preparation workshops, implement health programming, and create student involvement opportunities as well as oversee the Student Life & Career Centers and student employees. The goal of this position is to enhance student persistence, retention, and completion through career preparation, student activities, leadership, and health programs.NOTE: This position is part time seasonal 9 mnths (with academic breaks). Core hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. twenty hours per week with option to work up to 29 hours per week.
