Truck/Trailer Development Specialist - Instructor - (Tempe, AZ)

Location: 8162 S Priest Dr, Tempe, Arizona 85284 United States of America . 1. Travel required2. Responsible for attending and conducting on-site training. This includes working on the development of U-Haul specific courses as well as helping with OEM training.3. Recognize educational gaps across U-Haul and make training course recommendations based off of findings 4. Meet and maintain U-Haul University instructor and course builder requirements5. Determine the subject matter in regards to the target audience and training needs for on-line and onsite training courses. Work with Technician Training Program Manager to make changes to existing courses and develop new courses as necessary. 6. Determine what instructional materials and media are necessary for on-line and onsite training courses. 7. Organize and maintain all instructional materials from all courses in the Technician Training Program. Make available to all students in program. 8.
