Assignments include: conduct and continually improve classroom orientation programs; ensure all new Team player documentation is completed in a timely manner and submitted to their file; accurately track time and attendance of new teammates while in orientation. Other duties include: assess the need for interpreters in various departments for communications clarityand coordinate the assistance of the interpreter; assist in acclimating new Teammates in and around the confines of the facility and with the the qualification process; other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High-school graduate or equivalent required. Background: Knowledge and understanding of the work performed in the area of responsibility preferred.
