Emergency Road Service Trainer - (Portland, ME)

This position will deliver training to Emergency Road Service call center employees for both new and incumbent staff. The training will include customer service, business systems, product processes and assisting employees while taking membership calls. This position is located out of Portland, ME and will require frequent travel nationwide for one to 6 weeks at a time to support our expanding infrastructure. Day shift, swing shift, evening and occasional weekends are typical. Assignments will include updating classroom materials, conducting web training, facilitating classroom training and delivering presentations. The individual will be responsible for: 1) Educating newly hired and incumbent employees in both computer skills and product knowledge primarily in a classroom setting. 2) Conducting virtual classes via web conference tools. 3) Consistently updating management on progress of new employee development. 4) Effectively managing travel and other expenses, completing all monthly reports on time.
