SUMMARY: Under independent direction, the Sr. Technical Analyst (Application Support) provides support of Individual Investor (II) and Retirement package Service (RPS) applications to meet service level and system availability requirements. Supports the existing business applications to ensure application up time and the business needs are met. The position intermediary support between the development team and Programmer Analysts regarding complex technical issues, requirements and project documentation. This position is required to participate in On Call Support.
