Pricing/Quoting Agent - (Cuba, MO)

Job Summary:Directly responsible for developing, implementing, and utilizing a standardized pricing system, based on customer blueprints, drawings, catia models, specification requirements, and any other special requirements that allows LMI to remain competitive in the metal finishing market.Key functions include but are not limited to: + Develop a pricing system that allows LMI to maintain market competitiveness. + Assist in the design of LMI quote database, which is used for storing and organizing all quotes. + Responsible for handling, processing, and returning all RFQs in a timely manner. + Develop a no-quote report and communicate with management team, department leads, and purchasing agents, as required, to determine reasons for quote or no-quote. + Develop a basic knowledge of aerospace metal finishing processes and specification requirements. + Coordinate with purchasing personnel to calculate non-stock item pricing.
