**Shareholder Summer Intern (NANA Shareholders Only) Project Coordinator** **Description** TRUESTONE summer interns gain exposure to a broad range of technical and operational opportunities. They also acquire critical insight into our company and our industry, as well as have the chance to develop valuable networking connections, which will help prepare and develop skills for future position openings. TRUESTONEproject coordinator, you will provide project support as needed and as directed by TRUESTONE Project and Program Managers. These project management activities may include: + Review and approve expenses in the Deltek Timekeeping and Expense System + Prepare 1099 agreements and purchase requests + Collect and route 1099 invoices + Receive and review draft customer invoices + Gather supporting documentation for invoice packages + Resolve payment issues with accounts payable + Provide research and technical writing /documentation support for the following: * Technical publications and proposals *
