You will support the legal teams work on a wide variety of corporate contracts and agreements, including independent contractor agreements, services engagements, software licenses, vendor agreements, and general technology agreements. You will also collaborate with in-house and outside counsel to manage, monitor, and enforce LEAIs trademark portfolio, and you will partner with the brand licensing and management team to ensure our brand is correctly used.
