Were looking for an individual with production background and communication abilities to manage, coordinate, and ensure timely completion of quality production within our Bedding Group. Critical responsibilities + Oversee all aspects of production, shipping and receiving + Plan daily employee schedules and material resource qualifications + Create and maintain standard operating procedures + Maintain a healthy and safe work environment + Establish and maintain quality control standards and systems + Establish and maintain production process improvements + Monitor and review staff performance and provide coaching for improvements + Control production costs + Continuously improve production processes and techniques Qualifications + 3+ years
