The applicant will interface with program leadership, engineering, quality, production control, internal and external suppliers, customers and the supply base. The applicant will manage several suppliers/components and will be responsible for delivery and quality assurance, cost management, quote preparation, negotiations and contract award. Time management expertise and the expertise to handle high volumes of work in a quick paced environment are essential with minimal guidance or direction from others. This position will also require the applicant to be an ACE (Achieving Competitive Excellence) participant and advocate.
