JOB SUMMARYThe Annuity Sales Development Director role is extremely vital to the overall success of the North American fixed and indexed annuity sales organization. This role is responsible for delivering sales concepts, training curriculum and professional development programs that drive sales within the North American fixed/ indexed annuity business. This director serves as the leader in driving the annuity sales development needs of our organization internally as well as with our field producers and distribution partner Independent Marketing Organizations (IMOs) and the Broker-Dealers (BDs) that our IMOs partner with to distribute annuities. To accomplish this goal, the Annuity Sales Development Director will collaborate with sales management team to collaborate and offer solutions that meet the evolving needs of our field producers, distribution partners, and internal staff.Create, manage and deliver easy to use
