Position title: Payroll Coordinator Business Unit: Finance Department Locations: Corporate- Watsonville, CA Reports To: Corporate Payroll Manager Work Schedule: Generally, M-F 8am to 5pm Travel Time %: Generally None Job classification: Full time FLSA Status: Salaried, Non-ExemptPOSITION SUMMARY: To process payroll under the direction of the Corporate Payroll Manager and perform general payroll administrative duties. The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for the weekly Driver payroll, and enforcing any government garnishments of wages for child support, loan defaults, or bankruptcy. In addition, assisting in payroll finalization for other locations and balancing the ACH file extracting taxes to ADP, and 401K weekly balancing. Managing the monthly and quarterly workera??s compensation reporting. Some overtime hours may be expected. General journal inquiry will be needed to balance payroll accounts. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
