Estate Gardener - (Easton, MD)

Private estate near St. Michaels, MD seeks an experienced Gardener able to work well with a team. Full time year-round position. Must have good knowledge of tree and shrub care to guide other teammates, and create a comprehensive schedule of plant maintenance. Applicant will work in the gardens to maintain plant health, assess for problems, and design planting plans. Must be willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions.
