Care manager - franchise - (Miami, FL)

BASIC PURPOSE: Responsible for leading the implementation and execution of Revenue Management operational strategies. Interview, retain, develop, and coach the Revenue Management Operations teammates. Actively lead the Revenue Management Operations team responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining revenue management policies, procedures, system business rule plans, controls, and communications. The mission of this team is to ensure the most efficient and user-friendly reservation process while maintaining the integrity and control of the company's policies and revenue goals. Collaborates with other departments to execute on plans as a team, allocate human resources efficiently, communicate with other constituents and direct time-sensitive projects. Making it easy for end users. POSITION DUTIES: Lead the teams responsible for systems, policies, controls, communications, and reservation system business rule plans within the Revenue Management department; assign clear authority and accountability.
