Organization and strong attention to detail is key in this role as you'll perform legal research and represent clients in real property transactions including purchase agreements, leases, and covenants conditions and restrictions. Background obtaining land use approvals involving comprehensive plan and zone changes, conditional use permits, variances, and subdivision permits will put you on track for success in this role. The right applicant will possess excellent interpersonal and writing skills in order to handle appeals before local and state administrative and adjudicative bodies.
