Construction Superintendent POSITION DETAILS: Construction Manager for construction of a new 26,000 ft2 data centers. serve as Owner's Representative to Federal customer. Perform daily reporting, quality assurance and oversight for all Contractor's work associated with construction of a new Data Centers.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform a variety of construction engineering tasks to complete the construction of a new Data Centers within an existing building space in Lakewood, CO. Monitor schedules for all construction activities with focus upon milestones, phasing/sequencing, submittals, lead time of critical equipment, major tests, and any coordination with Commissioning activities. Maintain all project records using applicable GSA forms, electronic tools, and standard procedures. During all construction stages, record, document, and submit all incoming and outgoing communications.
