Operations & Training Lead - (King of Prussia, PA)

LM Space Mission Solutions is seeking a applicant with proven issue solving abilities who is comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a high\-performing team environment\. This applicant should be familiar with common roles and missions used in U\.S\. Government Space operational environments\. He or she should be comfortable engaging with Government personnel and able to assist with training system operators in the field\. Some limited domestic travel may be required \(up to 20%\)\. A "mission 1st" attitude is a must along with a willingness to go above and beyond to support customers\. The applicant will need to be able to lead others with limited direction while maintaining awareness of and adapting to changing priorities\.
