Training Coordinator II Pay Grade: 40 Develop curriculum and deliver training for software and webapplications. Create training products tailored to user roles andsoftware products. Provide technical assistance and user support fortrainees. Work with development team to produce effective solutions totechnological problems, including design enhancements for optimal userexperience. Create and maintain documentation. Integrate multipletraining delivery methods, to facilitate learning for multiple learning style,including traditional face-to-face training, self-paced training, and web-basedtraining delivery. Expertise to learn, train, and support multiple customsoftware products simultaneously. Other duties as required. Bachelor's degree in Training, Communication, or related fieldrequired. Equivalent background in lieu of degree will beconsidered. Strong computer skills and demonstrated expertise with web-basedcommunication required. Good communication expertise required.
