SUMMARY: Our Shore Lodge, Whitetail Club Expeditors hold complete responsibility for the quality of the food presented to our guests, they are the organizers in our kitchens, working closely with the waitstaff and the kitchen to ensure a smooth workflow. They are excellent communicators who understand the fast-paced environment of a fine dining establishment and as such they coordinate and organize people and processes manipulating the production and timing of the food presented to our guests for success.
