SUMMARY: Our Shore Lodge, Whitetail Club Expeditors hold complete responsibility for the quality of the food presented to our guests, they are the organizers in our kitchens, working closely with the waitstaff and the kitchen to ensure a smooth workflow. They are excellent communicators who understand the fast-paced environment of a fine dining establishment and as such they coordinate and organize people and processes manipulating the production and timing of the food presented to our guests for success. SKILLS AND Requirements: An enthusiasm for the culinary world Able to communicate effectively with and receive info from guests and teammates Expertise to multi-task while maintaining a high degree of organization and remaining detail oriented Actively practice excellent customer service skills Have the expertise to carry 25 pounds on a large oval tray and lift supplies/equipment of 30 pounds + Able to count and read and write utilizing the English language Frequent periods of pushing, pulling
