Responsible for Players Club enrollment, maintenance, assist in promotions. Provides exceptional service to our guests and build strong positive relationships with guests to ensure repeat business and increase new business. Communicates info to customers regarding Indian Head Casino Players Club, enrolls new members, answer questions and concerns, provides event info and interacts in positive manner with casino customers. Varied shift work hours required. May work days, swing, weekends and holidays. High-school diploma or GED. Must be 21 yrs of age. Prior work dealing with the public in a customer service role. Intermediate technical skills: Microsoft office suite, spreadsheets, microsoft word processing and graphics. Upbeat, friendly and helpful attitude essential. Good verbal, written and listening skills are essential. The expertise to communicate professionally over the telephone is required.
