A Harry's Fresh Foods Cook works in our Production Kitchen preparing batch soups, concentrates, sauces, desserts and entrees according to recipe instructions to meet daily production schedules. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Ensure all products meet culinary specifications by evaluating for texture, color, and flavor. • Set-up, operate, and disassemble for sanitation all necessary product handling equipment including kettles, pumps, pipes, and hoses. • Comply with all safety and regulatory standards including HACCP, USDA, OSHA and other federal and state rules and regulations.
