District Manager, Water Conservation, Irrigation - (Reno, NV)

Pershing County Water Conservation District is accepting applications for the position of DISTRICT MANAGER OVERVIEW The Manager is responsible for carrying out District policies under the direction of the Board of Directors and running day-to-day District operations in a manner that aligns with the by-laws and goals of the District. The Manager works at the pleasure of the Board. Manager is be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a 40,000 acre irrigation district located in Lovelock Nevada.-- This irrigation district is a surface water irrigation district which receives its' water from a privately-owned reservoir (Rye Patch Reservoir).-- This position will be an at-will position to a seven member Board of Directors who performs secretarial duties of the board.
