Due to our expansive growth, we have an immediate need for a Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN) – Telephone Triage Specialist in our Green Bay, WI location Here is your opportunity to be a part of Forefront Dermatology Summary: The Telephone Triage staff is responsible for giving results, relaying details between the provider and the patient and from the patient to the provider, and to schedule appropriate follow up appointments and surgeries. This position must portray confidence, while promoting a friendly, knowledgeable environment for patients, staff and providers. Critical functions: Answer phone in a timely and polite manner.
