Videos Duties Help Duties Summary Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, the RN Care Manager functions a team leader/charge nurse, provides leadership, which facilitates delivery of quality nursing care for a specified group of patient through the use of the nursing process, and works effectively with all levels of staff to include collaborative efforts with other health professionals. Provide quality nursing care to Veterans. Work in collaboration with the Licensed Practical Nurse and/or provide form the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT).
