Videos Duties Help Duties Summary This position is located in the Nursing Service Line of the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System. The duty location for this position is McAlester, Oklahoma. Learn more about this agency Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to the following: Expertise to establish outstanding communication with patients, families, visitors and members of the interdisciplinary team. Participate on teleconferences related to ambulatory care, RN Telephone Triage and Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) operations and to function as the Point of Contact for implementation of mandates and directives related to Patient care. Demonstrates leadership, background, and creative approaches to management of complex patient care. Ensures that the care provided at the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) or medical center based primary care clinic meets the Joint Commission standards for outpatient care as well as the VA Performance Measures.
