Sales Manager - (Springfield, MA)

United Bank is currently seeking a Sales Manager for our branch located on Boston Road in Springfield, MA. The Sales Manager's scope of responsibilities will vary depending on the branch's size, volume, and staff. The Sales Manager must support the Branch Manager or Area Manager with leading, coaching and managing a team around a sales focus while striving to create a best-in-class banking background for United Bank's customers. Sales Managers are also responsible for establishing, building and retaining customer relationships, managing key business partnerships, and driving the branch business in an effort to achieve sales and service targets. Works with Branch Manager or Area Manager as the sales training liaison to the Relationship Banker, Premier Banker and Sales and Service Specialists. CRITICAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for the daily implementation of the Branch Manager's or Area Manager's plan as they pertain to sales training and goal attainment.
