Position title: Accounts Payable Specialist I- 680289 Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: six months Job details: This position focuses on Accounts Payable and transactional activities including, but not limited to invoice entry, exception processing, auditing, payment, and reporting. Required responsibilities: Ensure invoices are accurately verified, coded, and processed Work with suppliers and employees to troubleshoot and resolve invoice exceptions within defined service level agreements Resolve invoice exceptions related to PO and non-PO Utilize Oracle to process payments on an appropriate schedule by system, pay type, and pay group Void lost or unaccounted checks in Oracle Set up suppliers in Oracle, ensuring appropriate documentation has been provided Audit expense reports for compliance to company policy, ensuring the appropriate documentation is attached Ensure invoices are accurately verified, coded
