Overview To grow community through building guest loyalty and maximizing profits by providing personal guest interactions that build genuine relationships with guests and result in a brand-aligned background. Responsibilities 1. Educate guests on product attributes and info and provide guidance for specific needs/preferences. 2. Ensure marketing and brand materials and tools are properly displayed, maintained and utilized including, signage, prices, flyers, etc. 3. Maintain the sanitation and appearance of the Spice Bazaar Spice and Bulk merchandising area. 4. Conduct samplings as needed in the Spice Bazaar areas as well as for in-store cross merchandising in the fresh departments and Community Table. 5. Blend and prepare all Spice Bazaar in-store blends according to established practices. 6. Ensure all back stock is properly stored and maintained to prevent cross-contamination. 7. Announce specials and sale info on the PA system. 8. Perform all other duties as assigned by management. Requirements 1.
