Java engineer - ts/sci - (Palm Bay, FL)

Description: Applicant will support software engineering tasks as part of a larger team dedicated to the customer mission. Responsibilities include: Development of Java applications for ground data processing. Support all phases of the software life-cycle, including software implementation, integration, debugging, and full documentation. Evaluate and recommend architecture and process improvements. Minimum experience: Bachelor's Degree and min six years of prior relevant background. Graduate Degree and a min of 4yrs of prior related experience. An active TS/SCI security clearance with current SSBI is required. Preferred Requirements: 3+ years of background with Java and the Linux development environment. Background with PostgreSQL, Apache Camel, Mission Planning, and Continuous Integration preferred. Good management expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, good communication abilities, and a willingness to work with a large development team preferred.
