Product engineering manager - (Culpeper, VA)

Position description What you will be doing As a Product Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for driving innovation around new product development and sustaining for our Marine, Oil & Gas business, focused on dynamic wire and cable products. You will have the expertise to work globally and continue to develop advanced skills in hands on mechanical engineering, design for manufacturing, 6 Sigma, project management and lean manufacturing. The primary tasks for this position include: General development and management of engineering & engineering support teams, to include and assist with recruitment, computer skills requirements, appraisals, succession planning, team building, compensation reviews, career development and training.
