Drafter I/II - (Omaha, NE)

Primary Position responsibilities and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) Analyzes asbuilt design criteria and red lined drawings of assigned electrical or mechanical design projects to ensure accurate engineering records. Prepares detailed functional and physical asbuilt drawings of electrical or mechanical equipment and related facilities in accordance with accepted asbuilt practices and standards. Updates and reviews asbuilt drawings for accuracy, completeness, content and compliance with accepted drawing standards and format. Revises asbuilt drawings in accordance with checking feedback and other qualifications. Performs any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. An associate’s degree in design, engineering, or a related position, a technical degree, or equivalent work background (typically 6 years of related, progressive work background would be needed for candidates applying for this position who do not possess a degree.) 2 Years of related skills in gas pipeline engineering
