Draftsman I - (Fort Smith, AR)

EDUCATION AND WORK BACKGROUND Candidate must have completed 2 yrs of college credits in a computer aided drafting program or equivalent background in AutoCAD or ArcGIS. Candidate will be required to demonstrate requirements and aptitude for the position by a written and computer test using AutoCAD. Candidate will be tested in accordance with standard drafting conventions and must score 70% or better to pass. The position's position assignments will include, but are not limited to, mapping subdivisions, mapping pipelines as constructed, making isometric drawings, working with the engineering team to map proposed construction projects and create material lists, and all other job requirements performed by a qualified Draftsman. The work will require reading and understanding gas piping information. Candidate will be expected to learn all skills for any machine and/or software necessary to accomplish the job.
