We are seeking a Connections for Living Director for the Commons at Dallas Ranch community in Antioch, CA. The Connections for Living Director serves as a liaison with hospital personnel, physicians, community organizations and other health related service agencies to provide quality care to our memory care residents, suffering from Dementia, Alzheimer’s or other memory disorders. Additionally, this role is also responsible for hiring, training and managing a staff that is capable of providing superior care, while also maintaining the physical and emotional health of memory care residents in accordance with MBK’s principles and core values.
