Commercial Construction Estimator - (Baltimore, MD)

Location – Baltimore, Washington DC & Northern Virginia Type of employment - Regular Estimated hours per week - 40 Work hours (i.e. shift) - VARIES Start date of this position - Immediately Starting compensation range - $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 /- (Depending on Background) Salary/Benefit notes - Additional 20%- 35% Bonus incentives Education (min) - High-school certificate/GED Background level (min) – five to 10yrs Commercial Construction Background estimating projects from $1MM to $5MM at a min in value. PBI is seeking an Estimator experienced in interior/exterior commercial construction projects and ground up new construction. We service the institutional, education, multifamily, hospitality, assisted living, retail, government and office related real estate clients. The right individual will be accustomed to a culture of delivering quality in an ethical and timely manner.
