Help Desk Technician III - (Tallahassee, FL)

General Summary: This role will be responsible for supporting our Tallahassee, FL location as well as all other NSC North America facilities’ internal employees which has a total combined end user base of approximately.1,000. This role will be sharing responsibility for supporting the North America Help Desk Ticket queue along with 5 other technicians across the country and will be handling all hardware and software support from a Tier I-III troubleshooting aspect. Required functions: Supporting the North America Help Desk Ticket queue along with 5 other technicians across the country Maintain, analyze, and fix PC& Mac desktop and laptop hardware or coordinate with vendor. PC and Mac Software troubleshooting and repair. Microsoft office suite 365 Background - installation, support& troubleshooting (ie. email, OneDrive, SharePoint issues aso.) Collaborate on potential hardware and software IT purchases.
