OVERVIEW Help S3 accomplish its mission and attain its objectives by developing and implementing a comprehensive training and development function. The Training Specialist is responsible for design, coordination and facilitation of S3 employee training programs. Performs training needs analysis, designs, develops, implements, and evaluates all training programs’ effectiveness. S3 has a commitment to excellence and the highest standards of member service. RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and implement training and continuous staff development programs, using effective delivery methods such as but not limited to classroom instructor led training, on-line/remote delivery, computer based eLearning, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops. Manages the training facility, scheduling and communication of all training programs.
