Claim Training Specialist - (Hastings, MI)

Hastings Mutual is currently looking for a Claim Training Specialist. The individual in this role will be instrumental in the development and implementation of formal Claim training, education, and development initiatives that support the attainment of Hastings Mutual's organizational goals and objectives. Reporting to the Claim Quality and Practice Manager, this position will be based at our Hastings, Michigan corporate headquarters. Responsibilities Develops training that supports Claim corporate projects and overall training and development. Utilizes ADDIE methodology to consult with internal customers and provide effective and efficient solutions, both training and non-training. Provide recommendations and solutions that include: Cost-benefit analysis. Development of solid learning objectives. Audience appropriate training strategies and delivery methods. Development of appropriate materials, (e.g. handouts, videos, web pages, etc. ) Appropriate follow-up and evaluation.
