As a member of our Bernick's Team, a Cafeteria Attendant is responsible for preparing, grilling, and cooking made to-order foods requiring short preparation time, which will be served to customers at 3M in Hutchinson, MN. To ensure superior customer satisfaction, you are responsible for providing 3M personnel with a positive dining background from start to finish. By working independently, in a high energy environment, your involvement will include operating a variety of kitchen equipment, preparing meals, assisting with inventory, cashiering, cleaning, and sanitizing work stations and equipment. As a Cafeteria Attendant, you must be able to stand for the majority of your shift and be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds. Hours of this position: Full time (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-2:00PM No weekends or holidays required
