Required functions: Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Graton Resort & Casino’s Company-wide culture and demonstrating exemplary Service Standards at all times. Inform the immediate supervisor of any product shortages and equipment needs. Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do so. Comply with Board of Health Standards. Have knowledge were your MSDS booklet is located for your area. Display knowledge of all emergency procedures. Responsible for informing manager on duty of any Team player or Guest opportunities. Evaluate and oversee job performance of Teammates.
