Baker-01N6K Requirements Must be 18yrs of age or older Min of 1yr background in bakery production of scratch mixing and frozen dough Expertise to work with detergents and sanitizers up to four hour time periods Expertise to work at fast-paced, but efficient and controlled manner Expertise to perform all physical aspects of position, including but not limited to standing, bending, lifting, and walking Expertise to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds. and push and pull up to 100 pounds. Expertise to work within a freezer for up to fifteen minutes Must possess computer skills to perform basic math and bakers calculations Expertise to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude Must be flexible to work various hours/shifts
