Position ID 238117 Title Payroll and Benefits Administrator Description Greater Manchester area client is looking for a Payroll Benefits Administrator. Assignments include: Generating semi-monthly payroll using the ADP Run platform Computing commissions and regular/overtime pay Preparing internal and external reports Assisting with onboarding, preparing final pay calculations and COBRA paperwork Fielding and researching employee's questions and updating associated records Interfacing with our 3rd-party benefits administrator to help determine and communicate benefit offerings Conferring with our HR consultant on employment law and other related HR matters Coordinating and monitoring various committee progress such as safety BACKGROUND and BACKGROUND: Bachelors or Associates degree with emphasis in Human Resource management is preferred. Equivalent on the job background will be considered. Applicants must be familiar with payroll, timekeeping and related systems.
