Client Reference Code: 230998 JOB DESCRIPTION Work with Functional Team Leaders and Manager of Recruiting to determine hiring requirements for our growing Field Operations team. Evaluate and prescreen applicants in a high-volume and non-high volume recruiting environment. Partner with hiring managers to recruit and select applicants who are qualified. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ascertains applicants' requirements by conducting interviews, tests, and reference checks Identifies sources of applicants including referrals and develops advertising campaigns Writes and places advertisements and job postings Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to employment Coordinates participation in and attending job fairs and handling employment/agency inquiries Promotes equal opportunity employment by analyzing results of outreach efforts and modifying recruitment efforts based on those results Communicates hiring process to manager and trains hiring managers on ATS and EEO/FCC
