Field Service Technician - (Appleton, WI)
To support the product team by carrying out on-site service, creating quotations, selling products, and developing customer relationships. To participate in the execution, and reporting of the full range of products within the Mill Site Services product segment. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and perform on-site services in accordance with contract qualifications. Function as primary contact between the company service team and customers. Ensure the scope and quality of projects is completed to the satisfaction of company customers. Write comprehensive field reports at conclusion of projects detailing findings and recommendations. Develop quotations and project specifications. Follow up with customer and sales force to insure that quotations meet customers' needs. Insure that project profitability is maximized by controlling job cost. Technical Qualified applicant will have the following computer skills: Customer support of Control systems and optimization of their functions.
