The ideal candidate is an ambitious self-starter who takes initiative to achieve team goals. This position will provide an excellent opportunity for practical legal background. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Research, draft and file motions Draft brief deposition summaries and medical treatment summaries Attend hearings and depositions with counsel Assist in trial preparation Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the key functions.
