Paralegal - (Crown Point, IN)

Kopka Pinkus Dolin is seeking a full time, ABA-accredited Paralegal to join our established insurance defense practice in our Crown Point, Indiana office. This position is responsible for a heavy litigation desk supporting multiple attorneys. Prior civil litigation background, particularly in auto and personal injury cases is required. The day-to-day work will focus on managing the litigation process for each of your files, including dictation, drafting legal documents such as motions and discovery, working with medical records (summaries and chronologies), scheduling Independent Medical Examinations and expert depositions. The perfect candidate will have a min of 5 years’ background in a civil litigation environment, and a knowledge of Outlook and Aderant Total Office, or other law practice management software program.
