Production Associate - (Millbury, MA)

Performs a variety of routine and highly repetitive production operations, including maintaining highest quality standards, assembly, and testing and cleaning of electrical utility products. Detailed Description - Employee required to problem-solve. - Assembles materials from individual components using detailed written or verbal instructions. - Employee required to walk long distances repeatedly throughout the day. - Cleans, prepares, and stages job materials for production according to procedure. - Schedules maintenance and repairs of production equipment. - Understands and follows applicable company practices, policies, and procedures. - Performs simple machine set up. - Maintains appropriate forms showing work completed and materials used.Job responsibilities BACKGROUND: Prior production background - two years preferred. EDUCATION: High-school certificate or equivalent required. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Cabling, harnessing, PCB Repair, SMT. Reading and math skills.
