Part-Time Shipping and Receiving Clerk - (Peoria, IL)

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Shipping& Receiving Clerk is responsible for handling all procedures and paperwork related to the shipping and receiving of parts. The Clerk will be working approx 25 to 29 hours in this part time role. POSITION DUTIES: Handle check in procedures for parts orders Notify customers of received special order parts Follow up on back orders File claims for shortages, damages, etc. Handle shipping of merchandise return allowance Assist with monthly cycle returns Put stock away as needed Keep shipping and received area clean and organized Other duties as assigned by parts manager Drive parts van as needed REQUIREMENTS: High-school diploma or equivalent Current drivers license Good driving history Good organization skills Expertise to take direct well Expertise to lift 30 to 40 lbs
