Job Summary : The person hired for the position of Production Supervisor will support manufacturing operations and have responsibility for driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, service, productivity, and employee engagement. This is a rotating shifts position. This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military environments to a 3M career.
