The Marketing Event Coordinator job entails the discovering and executing a broad range of residential homebuilding tradeshows and event opportunities throughout the year from start to finish. Marketing Event Coordinator will handle all tradeshow campaigns, logistics, and communication with the support of the Marketing Director. Individuals working as a marketing event coordinator will perform a range of administrative and marketing support duties related to the daily operations of the marketing department.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* Plan and own meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating event lists.* Track show success, industry trend and issues to identify current, new and alternative show opportunities within CRM and Marketing system.* Engage with prospects, customers, and sales throughout shows.* Develop, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with a variety of vendors.* Analyze processes
